International learners who take a Portage College Continuing Education program through Campbell College will graduate with a Diploma (depending on the program one selects) from Portage College Continuing Education and may be eligible to apply for PGWP through IRCC, upon completion of the Certificate or Diploma program.

If a student is granted a study permit because of Portage College’s documentation (rule applies to both onshore and offshore students), and decides to withdraw anytime before the start date up to 30 days after the start of class, the following deductions will apply: $10,000.
30 days after class starts there will be no refund.
