This course will cover comprehensive, contemporary organizational behaviour topics through a flexible hybrid of text and online resources. To further apply what is learned, we will approach organizational behaviour from an international perspective and provide a number of real-world examples. It includes the basic theories and elements of organizational behaviour, and is a study of the core topics of motivation, leader behaviour and power, interpersonal communication, group structure and processes, learning, attitude development and perception, change processes, conflict, work design, and work stress. Professional workshops will deliver the tools for enhanced communication, effective team skills, and problem-solving in the workplace. Students will be provided with skills that will allow them to use job search concepts and techniques to gain and sustain meaningful employment immediately after training, and in the future

Twice throughout the program, the students will have one-on-one reviews to discuss marks, attendance, and progress. They will also participate in a mock interview.

Students will participate in a supervised, full-time practical placement in the area of business administration if they wish to gain work experience. The main objective is to enable the student to apply, in a work environment, the knowledge and technical skills that he or she has acquired throughout the in-class training, and gain valuable work references and experience needed to secure employment in a related business administration position.
