Post-Graduation Work Permit Eligibility

Important: Campbell College Programs Are Not PGWP-Eligible

Campbell College is a Designated Learning Institution, but Campbell College does not currently offer programs that are eligible for the Post-Graduation Work Permit Program.

Completing a program at Campbell College does not make a graduate eligible to apply for a PGWP.

IRCC’s current DLI list identifies Campbell College as:

  • A private institution.
  • DLI number O254363717757.
  • Not offering PGWP-eligible programs.

Students can verify this directly on the Government of Canada DLI list.

DLI status and PGWP eligibility are different

A school’s designation as a DLI permits it to enrol eligible study-permit holders. It does not mean that every program—or any program—qualifies graduates for a PGWP.

IRCC states that graduating from a DLI does not automatically make a student eligible for a PGWP. A student must graduate from a PGWP-eligible institution and program and satisfy all other requirements. Review IRCC’s PGWP eligibility rules .

Former Portage College partnership-program students

PGWP eligibility for a former partnership-program student may depend on:

  • The institution that issued the Letter of Acceptance and credential.
  • The student’s program and enrolment date.
  • The location and method of program delivery.
  • The curriculum-licensing arrangement in effect at the time.
  • Whether the student satisfies every other IRCC requirement.

IRCC currently provides limited transitional exceptions for certain curriculum-licensing arrangements. Campbell College cannot determine or guarantee an individual graduate’s PGWP eligibility.

Former students may request factual academic records held by Campbell College by contacting info@campbellcollege.ca or apply@campbellcollege.ca. Questions about individual immigration eligibility must be directed to IRCC or an authorized immigration representative.
